Installation
For Windows 64-bit. No tricky configuration needed — just extract the zip and double-click the launcher.
Setup steps
Section titled “Setup steps”- Extract the distribution zip anywhere you like.
- Double-click
Role Garden WebUI Launcher.exe. - The launcher prepares the right models for your PC and starts the app.
On first run, simply follow the on-screen guide: it checks your PC specs, lets you choose where to store data, and downloads the models with a progress bar. Basically, all you do is “double-click” and “confirm the models”.
What you need

- An internet connection for the initial setup

- AI models suited to your PC
Choosing models
Section titled “Choosing models”The launcher automatically recommends models that fit your GPU. If unsure, just go with the recommendation. If you try to pick a set that is too heavy, a warning appears.

Storage locations
Section titled “Storage locations”You can choose where data and models are stored on the first-run screen.
The defaults are fine as they are.
Start / Stop
Section titled “Start / Stop”- Start:

Uninstalling
Section titled “Uninstalling”Double-click Role Garden WebUI Uninstaller.exe, check what you want to remove, and run it.
- You can choose: shortcuts / Ollama / AI models / user data (each is optional).
- Ollama and the AI models may be used by other tools, so removing them is entirely up to you.
- The app itself is removed by simply deleting this folder (the uninstaller reminds you at the end).
